We reached out to Northeast initially to estimate costs of either gutter repairs or replacement, as they were original on the home. Tiago met me and indicated that new gutters and wood fascia were needed. At the same time we opted to go with Northeast to paint / stain the house. Mr. Batista and his team were professional and courteous.They did two small jobs for me. He was very careful to look at the property with a keen focus on the areas that had to be fixed. The workers were diligent and skilled .For the second job,he came with his mason to view the area and explained to me that it was important that they were both "on the same page and his mason was also pleasant and, like him, explained everything to me, step by step. Mr. Batista responded quickly to my texts .and everyone always turned up on time. His workers performed tirelessly in the heat with skill and precision. I would definitely recommend him.
