Requested a quote for replacing some rotting siding on our house. They were quick to respond to the quote request at a far more reasonable price than others. Most other businesses sent our salesmen who didn't know how the work was done and who tried to up-sell us to something we didn't want. Northeast Gutters sent out someone who knows how to do the work and respected our decisions. The siding they replaced looked so good that we decided to have the rest of the house done! Even the building inspector couldn't find any fault with the structural work that needed to be done when we discovered that the rotten siding covered worse problems. The frequent rain caused issues of being able to get the work done as fast as possible, but no one can control that. However, Northeast Gutters worked in small sections and got the work done as timely as the weather permitted. I would definitely recommend them to anyone looking to have outside work done on their house.

installed oversized seamless gutters. Rain storm hit in the middle of the job and, because I was concerned, made sure to send a technician to install some tyvek house wrap so no critters found their way through the exposed area. Found a few nails on the back deck and in the driveway but, all in all, very pleased with the outcome and service.

We needed our gutters cleaned and the clogging problem assessed... Thiago took a look the day we connected, he was super flexible with working with my schedule (which is all over the place with a toddler and newborn!), and immediately saw the wrong size gutters for the house were installed. He gave me two quotes, before he even left my house!! - to fix the problem area only, and also to update the whole house. Both reasonably priced. We got larger gutters and a simple guard over top - he said we didn t need anything super fancy once we got the larger gutter. Due to weather, our install date was pushed out a bit, but he was happy to stop by and unclog the problem gutter (that we couldn t reach!) in the meantime while we waited for our larger job to be scheduled. Once we were scheduled he even adjusted the dates mid-job due to some company we had visiting (and wanted use of our outside yard for)... he was Super friendly, cares about his work, accommodating, responsive (which seems impossible to find these days!) and a real person to work with, not just a franchise or business face. I 100% recommend him!!
